Senior Account Manager

Jordanian Data Systems seeks a Senior Account Manager in Amman with seven-plus years of experience in accounts, channels and sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Prepare account strategies, roadmaps, sales forecasts and targets with management.
• Develop vendor, customer and channel relationships, maintain databases and evaluate loyalty, opportunities and market requirements through research and visits.
• Manage sales from quotation through collection, assessing credit, payment performance, outstanding settlements and audit resolutions.
• Ensure accurate inventory storage, tracking and control while increasing long-term portfolio revenue and profitability.
• Support channel partners, resolve enquiries and oversee targeted marketing programmes and progress.
• Improve and standardise processes and use Salesforce for leads, opportunities and deal registration.
• Coach and develop the team, review performance, identify training needs and build succession plans.
