Product Specialist

Turn customer and business needs into actionable product requirements at Aspire. Work with design, engineering and QA to keep delivery aligned with intended outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Join planning, reviews and backlog refinement; carry out UAT to find release issues and edge cases.
• Analyze customer/business needs and write user stories, acceptance criteria, business requirements and functional specifications.
• Work with designers, engineers and QA to ensure correct implementation; prepare documentation, mockups and process flows.
• Clarify scope, expectations and progress with stakeholders and propose ideas that improve experience, retention and feature adoption.

Required and preferred qualifications

• At least 3 years in product management, business analysis or related work; a business/computing-related bachelor’s is an advantage.
• Strong BRD, story, specification and gap-analysis writing; excellent written/spoken English and clear presentations and interpersonal communication.
• Understand Agile/hybrid methods and SDLC; use Jira, Confluence and Figma; demonstrate ownership and adaptability in fast-moving work and awareness of ISO/SOC security practices.
• Fintech, digital-banking or financial-services experience is highly preferred; financial-product design, onboarding, e-KYC, personalization, app analytics and behavioral tracking are advantages.
