Job description

Lead end-to-end quality assurance for Aspire’s digital banking delivery. Own test strategy, team coordination and release readiness across web, iOS and Android channels.

Responsibilities

  • Own QA strategy, scope, estimates, timelines and resources for each banking release; ensure functional, regression and integration coverage.
  • Manage testers, assign and monitor work, mentor junior colleagues and prepare cases, data and environments before test cycles.
  • Coordinate test cycles, retesting and regression; lead defect triage, priorities, lifecycle tracking and analysis of quality trends.
  • Act as QA contact for product, development and integration teams; provide daily/weekly status, join standups and communicate risks and mitigation plans.
  • Validate core-banking integrations such as Equation, HPS PowerCARD cards, SWIFT, loyalty and brokerage; strengthen standards, coverage, efficiency and appropriate automation.

Required and preferred qualifications

  • Strong banking-software testing and proven QA-team leadership; test planning/strategy, release management, functional/regression/integration testing, Jira and test-management tools.
  • Digital banking across web, iOS and Android in Agile teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Experience testing authentication, device binding, MFA, dashboards, accounts and transaction histories.
  • Experience with local/international/instant/scheduled payments, cards and controls, tokenization, digital wallets, beneficiaries and notifications.
  • Experience testing rewards, campaigns, profiles and settings, including language switching and RTL/LTR; awareness of ISO/SOC or similar security standards.
