Product Operations Lead

Unifonic seeks a Product Operations Lead in Amman with five-plus years of experience to improve governance, planning, enablement and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Turn product strategy into scalable operating practices, improving governance, planning, roadmap reviews, prioritisation and operating cadences.
• Standardise KPIs, reporting, dashboards and decision-support insights to improve transparency, predictability and execution quality.
• Resolve inefficiencies and adopt AI and automation for workflows, documentation, reporting and knowledge sharing.
• Align Product, Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, Support, Presales and Marketing on priorities, launches and changes.
• Provide leadership insights and executive communications and lead enablement, launch readiness, demos and feature adoption.
• Translate complex capabilities into clear messages, use cases, enablement content and customer value, removing adoption barriers.
• Combine customer feedback, usage analytics, sales insight and market trends into recommendations and growth opportunities, defining success metrics and operational maturity.

Requirements

• Five-plus years in Product Operations, Management, Enablement, Marketing, Presales, Solution Consulting or related roles.
• Experience leading/scaling processes in product or SaaS organisations and understanding product lifecycles, delivery and cross-functional work.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; SaaS/CPaaS exposure is a strong advantage.
• Analysis, problem-solving, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management and independent influence across teams.
• Strategy, demonstrations, enablement, governance and automation skills, with ownership, collaboration, adaptability, mentoring, resilience, precision and innovation.
