Keep Unifonic’s investor-relations operations organized, accurate and responsive. Coordinate information that supports fundraising, due diligence and board reporting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate IR deliverables and connect finance, legal, executives and advisers; maintain request/action logs, investor CRM, fundraising trackers and shareholder records.
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, presentations and logistics; track communications and coordinate answers to enquiries.
- Support fundraising and due diligence, maintain complete current virtual data rooms, collect evidence/schedules and chase functional owners, escalating gaps or delays.
- Collect financial/operational/business inputs and review materials for completeness, accuracy, consistency, calculations, formatting and conflicting data.
- Check KPI/trend reasonableness, verify sources, coordinate corrections and keep external materials consistent with approved messaging and reporting rules.
- Consolidate board/shareholder packs, track meeting actions and submission deadlines and maintain governance and ownership archives.
- Monitor industry, competitors and capital markets, maintain peer/transaction/funding databases and improve checklists, quality control, reporting and document workflows with strict confidentiality.
Required and preferred qualifications
- 3–4 years in IR, corporate finance, PMO, audit, FP&A support, management reporting, consulting or similarly coordination-intensive work.
- Bachelor-level education is required. Fundraising, due diligence, board-reporting or capital-market support is preferred.
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint, financial/KPI analysis, data validation, virtual data rooms, governance reports, CRM/databases, market intelligence and project/workflow management.
- Exceptional accuracy, stakeholder follow-up, identifying inconsistencies, organizing concurrent tight-deadline workstreams and professional executive-level communication.
- Analytical judgement, ownership, collaboration, adaptability, mentoring, composure, confidentiality and continuous improvement.
