Job description

Unifonic seeks an on-site Implementation Project Manager in Amman to manage AI deployments, delivery governance, scope, risks and client outcomes.

Role

  • A full-time, on-site Amman role in Unifonic’s Professional Services team. Own delivery health across a concurrent portfolio of agentic AI deployments and protect customer time-to-value.

Delivery and governance

  • Run weekly client implementation reviews and daily squad standups, with monthly executive governance involving decision-makers on both sides.
  • Protect the MVP with clear acceptance criteria and change control so scope expansion does not derail the targeted three-month deployment period.
  • Maintain a live issue and risk log, clarify delivery limitations, escalate blockers and decisions early and provide transparent reporting and dashboards.
  • Balance portfolio priorities and coordinate FDE engineers, Sestek Professional Services, Product and Commercial teams for consistent handovers.
  • Turn repeatable delivery patterns, templates and governance routines into reusable assets and improve them continually.

Requirements

  • Proven delivery/project management of complex multi-system implementations; AI, integration or CX/contact-centre experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong scope discipline, change control, portfolio ownership, meeting cadence and communication with client teams and executives. PMP or equivalent is beneficial rather than mandatory.
  • Practical L4 AI proficiency spanning platforms, agent orchestration, prompting, RAG, voice AI, APIs and conversational channels.
  • Ability to work with governance, guardrails, human review and Saudi regulatory contexts, alongside project tools such as Jira, Confluence and Asana.
  • Analytical thinking, accountability, teamwork, adaptability, mentorship, resilience and attention to quality. No fixed experience duration or academic degree is specified.

Stated benefits

  • Competitive salary and bonus without a published amount, and an employee share scheme.
  • Thirty holiday days after the first anniversary, a birthday day off, paid new-parent leave and up to 25 work-from-anywhere days annually.
  • Apply through Unifonic’s original page. Amman is the duty location despite references to Saudi compliance in project delivery.
