Revenue Data Analyst

Unifonic seeks a Data Analyst in Amman to improve revenue reporting, forecasts and dashboards, with 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Role overview

• This full-time, on-site Amman role joins Unifonic’s Revenue Operations team. The analyst turns revenue and pipeline information into practical insights for growth, forecasting and business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean and structure sales, renewal, churn and average-revenue-per-user data.
• Investigate trends, seasonality and unusual results to identify performance gaps and successful practices.
• Create dashboards for sales, finance and operations; compare monthly and quarterly revenue against forecasts and analyse pipeline conversion.
• Provide forecasting inputs, validate models and improve underlying assumptions.
• Work with Sales, Marketing and Customer Success on metric definitions, data integrity and effective data capture.
• Help introduce tools and automation for collection, reporting and visualisation.

Qualifications and skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science or a relevant discipline.
• One to two years in data analysis, revenue operations or business analytics; SaaS or CPaaS experience is preferred.
• Excel and data-manipulation skills, familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools, and statistical and quantitative reasoning.
• Understanding of revenue, sales and pipeline measures, with strong communication and attention to detail.
• Analytical problem-solving, ownership, collaboration, continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
• Resilience under pressure, quality-conscious work and a willingness to improve methods and introduce useful ideas.
