Analyse hiring and retention data at KEO in Amman and build reports and dashboards. Three years’ experience, a relevant degree and strong data skills required.
Responsibilities
- Extract and combine recruitment data from iCIMS ATS, recruitment tracking and start-hire Excel reports; produce weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting.
- Develop dashboards and visualisations of recruitment performance and identify trends, patterns and anomalies.
- Measure time to fill rigorously and track candidate response times and screening and communication bottlenecks.
- Track interview-to-offer and hiring-funnel conversion rates and relate candidate survey results to process measures.
- Prepare monthly retention analysis covering turnover, tenure and attrition across departments, roles and demographics, distinguishing voluntary/involuntary, regrettable/non-regrettable and early-tenure turnover.
- Identify high-risk cohorts and early indicators, connect retention and recruitment data to assess quality of hire and improve selection, and analyse turnover costs for key roles.
- Investigate lengthy hiring, low offer acceptance and poor candidate experience, validating findings with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Forecast hiring timelines and resources and benchmark internal measures against industry practice.
- Audit data integrity, standardise definitions and entry processes, identify collection gaps and act as a reporting and recruitment-data specialist.
- Present clear, actionable findings to leaders and stakeholders and help recruiters understand and use the available reports.
Qualifications and skills
- Relevant bachelor’s degree, such as business analytics, data science or human resources, and at least three years in business, data or HR analytics.
- Strong Excel skills, including pivots, lookup functions, complex formulas and visualisation, and experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
- Advanced SQL, including joins, window functions and CTEs; data modelling, scheduled/orchestrated ETL/ELT and practical Python or .NET.
- Incremental loading, validation, deduplication and idempotent data operations.
- Power Query, semantic modelling, DAX, row-level security and advanced Excel.
- REST/OAuth 2.0 integrations, Postman and paginated/filtered JSON; rate limits, retries, secrets management and webhooks or scheduled CSV/SFTP.
