Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support throughout each guest stay, responding to requests and operational needs.
• Complete transactions and reports, explain local attractions and move between service areas as needed to resolve guest needs.

Qualifications and experience

• High school or equivalent preferred. No related experience required.
• Supervisory experience is not required.
• No licence or professional certification is specified.

Working standards

• Follow company policies and safety/quality standards with professional dress, presentation and communication.
• Protect confidential information, hotel assets and guest/colleague privacy.
• Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor.

Physical and practical requirements

• Lift, carry, push, pull and move loads up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Prolonged standing, sitting or walking, potentially throughout a shift.
