Global Process Owner – Purchase to Pay

About the role

Aramex opportunity in Amman, Jordan, requisition 8641.

Responsibilities

Lead global Purchase-to-Pay shared services, governing invoice processing, payment approvals and vendor management for over USD 2 billion in direct/indirect purchases. Improve cash flow and payment-process performance.

Ensure accurate, timely and compliant transactions, monitor payables and preserve supplier relationships. Resolve issues with procurement and operations, maintain controls and present performance to management.

Own monthly close and lead process transformation. Measures cover payable days, overdue amounts, payment accuracy/timeliness, late penalties, vendor satisfaction, processing time/errors and financial value from improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and skills

A relevant finance, accounting, business or related bachelor’s degree; a master’s is preferred. Professional credentials such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CIMA are specified. Ten to fifteen years of progressive finance experience must include substantial expertise in the relevant process domain.

Proven leadership within multinational operations and global teams/shared services, practical ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, workflow/automation knowledge, and demonstrated finance transformation and process-improvement success.
