Global Process Owner – Order to Cash

About the role

Aramex opportunity in Amman, Jordan, requisition 8640.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Order-to-Cash shared-services team across regions, overseeing order management, billing, credit and collection for more than USD 2 billion in receivables. Improve cash flow, collection timing and financial value.

Ensure accurate compliant invoicing, timely collections and controlled bad debt; resolve billing/payment issues with sales and service teams. Build stakeholder relationships, maintain controls and report performance to senior management.

Own monthly process close and drive transformation, automation and continuous improvement. Measures include DSO, overdue balances, collection effectiveness, invoice accuracy, write-offs, customer satisfaction, processing errors/time and the financial effect of improvements.

Qualifications and skills

A relevant finance, accounting, business or related bachelor’s degree; a master’s is preferred. Professional credentials such as CPA, CMA, ACCA or CIMA are specified. Ten to fifteen years of progressive finance experience must include substantial expertise in the relevant process domain.

Proven leadership within multinational operations and global teams/shared services, practical ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics, workflow/automation knowledge, and demonstrated finance transformation and process-improvement success.
