Tax Technology and Transformation - Senior Manager - Jordan

Lead tax transformation programmes at EY in Amman. Typically twelve or more years of relevant experience and strong programme leadership required.

Role

• Lead end-to-end tax transformation programmes across corporate tax, indirect tax, compliance and reporting, from initiation through operational stabilization.
• Combine process redesign, data and analytics, solution architecture, AI, change management and adoption to achieve measurable client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary workstreams covering programme governance, solution design, analytics, e-invoicing, AI use cases and change.
• Build strategic relationships with client leaders, establish clear governance and coach delivery teams.
• Coordinate stakeholders and maintain quality across requirements, testing, deployment and adoption.
• Define measurable outcomes and guide teams towards their delivery.

Required experience

• Typically twelve or more years in tax transformation, technology, finance, compliance or management consulting.
• Experience leading complex programmes, workstreams and teams.
• Knowledge of Alteryx, Tableau and SQL, architecture alignment and software-development governance.
• Change leadership and effective management of senior stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with e-invoicing and digital tax and an understanding of the business potential of AI and generative AI.
• Relevant certifications in tax, project or programme management, architecture, data, AI or change management.
