eDiscovery and Forensic Technology Senior Consultant

EY forensic technology consultancy in Amman, covering digital evidence and eDiscovery. Four or more years’ experience and specialist investigation tools required.

Forensic technology responsibilities

• Support compliance, fraud investigations, disputes, litigation, cyber incidents and regulatory inquiries through digital forensics and electronic discovery.
• Handle the full data lifecycle: scope and capture material, manage it, analyse it and report findings, using specialist forensic infrastructure and tools.
• Work with large datasets from different sources across industries, combining investigation knowledge with data linking, social network analysis, statistics and machine learning.
• Develop technical and commercial understanding through a varied client portfolio and collaborate with the wider Forensic & Integrity Services team.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, and at least four years of forensic technology experience.
• Experience collecting data and/or performing host-based forensics, with working knowledge of tools such as EnCase, Cellebrite, Axiom and Oxygen.
• Experience using electronic discovery platforms such as Relativity, Reveal and Nuix, and carrying out server, AWS, Azure and/or Office 365 collection and investigations.
• The ability to analyse and visualise large volumes of data with standard industry technologies.
• Commercial awareness, confidence, initiative and an interest in developing and presenting innovative strategic ideas.

Preferred experience

• A record at a leading MENA consulting firm and proficiency in English and Arabic are preferred.
