Associate - Technology Support Specialist (On-site) - Amman

EY seeks an on-site Technology Support Specialist in Amman to support hardware, software and users, manage technology assets and resolve incidents.

Responsibilities and requirements

Install and configure systems, provision employee equipment, coordinate repairs and inventory, and support meetings and office moves. The role calls for up to one year of end-user support experience; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Strong troubleshooting, communication and prioritization skills and readiness for after-hours escalations are needed.
