Job description
Orange Jordan seeks a Fixed Core Technical Support Engineer in Amman to maintain network stability, perform maintenance and resolve incidents.
Responsibilities and requirements
Monitor network performance, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, document incidents and participate in 24/7 on-call support. A telecom or computer engineering bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of network-support experience are required, with IP networking, SS7, TDM, VoIP, Linux, virtualization and cloud knowledge. Arabic and English are listed.
