Security Risk Expert

Conduct security-risk assessments from project design through launch and for production systems; maintain the risk register, coordinate audits and mitigations with accountable owners and deadlines, embed controls, and report risk and compliance to leadership.

Requirements

Bachelor's in IT, computer science or cybersecurity; a relevant master's is advantageous. Minimum 5–7 years in IT/cyber risk, information security or IT audit, preferably telecom/technology. Proven lifecycle assessments, risk-register management and senior governance reporting. Knowledge of Jordan NCSC requirements, Jordanian data-protection law, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, telecom standards such as GSMA/ITU-T/TM Forum, qualitative and quantitative risk methods, threat modelling and vulnerabilities. Understand GDPR alongside Jordan privacy rules, continuity, disaster recovery and incident response. Jordan/MENA regulatory and audit experience is preferred.
