D&T Associate Manager - Planner

Aramex seeks a D&T Associate Manager - Planner in Amman with five-plus years of experience in technology planning, PMO or service delivery.

Planning and resources

• Maintain portfolio plans, timelines, milestones and resource views with project managers and stakeholders.
• Consolidate new demand, changes and ongoing initiatives, showing pipelines, current work, priorities and constraints.
• Compare demand with capacity and allocations, identify over-allocation/under-use and support prioritisation and forward planning.
• Consolidate/review timesheets, resolve gaps and inconsistencies and analyse productive/non-productive utilisation to improve planning.

Delivery, governance and finance

• Maintain project and BAU go-live trackers and validate readiness, schedules, milestones and consistent updates.
• Prepare Delivery Review Board and governance inputs and portfolio summaries, tracking risks, dependencies and delivery impacts.
• Consolidate CAPEX, purchase-request and resource/spend data and align it with delivery plans and demand.
• Provide accurate leadership/CDTO reporting, highlighting trends and issues requiring attention.
• Keep Demand, WSR, DRB, Go-Live and Finance trackers consistent through data quality and version control.
• Support delivery frameworks, tools and templates and promote common planning/governance practices.

Requirements and application

• Bachelor’s in IT, computer science, engineering, business, project management or a related field.
• At least five years in technology planning, project management, PMO or service delivery, including three years in management, senior planning or portfolio coordination.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives, priorities, dependencies and regional/global stakeholders, with executive reports, dashboards and governance packs.
• Financial planning, budget tracking, procurement, contracts, vendors, resource forecasts and platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Planner and Power BI.
• PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile or equivalent certification is preferred; clear direction, teamwork, accountability, innovation, inclusion and external focus are valued.
