Welcome visitors, route enquiries and communications, manage reception access/badges/memberships, calendars and venue bookings, and support departments, operational projects and office supplies.

Requirements

Fresh graduate with a bachelor's in mechanical, mechatronics, electrical, architecture or civil engineering, design or a related field. Organisation/planning, written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office, multitasking, discretion/confidentiality, proactive problem-solving and decision-making. One-year Zain Youth Program internship.
