Hospital Human Resources Manager

Manage hospital HR in Amman across talent, benefits, performance, employee relations and development, requiring seven years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and systems, review and implement policies and deliver hospital strategy with administrators.
• Lead talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee and labour relations, performance, retention, motivation and development.
• Partner with leaders on goals, changing staffing needs, balanced employee interests and effective HR practices.
• Promote compliance and conduct standards and communicate appropriately with patients, families and visitors across age groups.

Requirements

• An HR Management, Business or related degree and at least seven years in HR management; hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English, Office and hands-on HRIS experience.
• Recruitment sourcing, screening, interviews and psychometric analysis, plus training-provider evaluation, coordination and online learning.
• Adaptable communication, analysis, critical thinking, sound judgement, trust building, leadership development and employee engagement.
