Senior Human Resources Associate (Gaza Response)

IOM position based in Amman for its occupied Palestinian territory/Gaza response operations. Coordinate recruitment, staff records, contracts, benefits, leave and performance processes.

Requirements

HR, business, psychology or related bachelor’s degree plus four years of experience, or high school plus six years. Experience administering benefits, recruitment and contracts; fluent English. HR ERP experience is advantageous.
