Job description
IOM position based in Amman for its occupied Palestinian territory/Gaza response operations. Provide user support, troubleshoot networks and servers, manage devices, accounts and software updates.
Requirements
Relevant computer-science education: university degree with three years of network and first-line support experience, or diploma/high school with five years. English and Arabic proficiency. ITIL V4, AZ-900 or AZ-104 certification is advantageous.
