Technical Product and Project Manager – Fekra, Amman

Fekra AI seeks a hybrid Technical Product and Project Manager in Amman to connect business requirements with software delivery and guide product development through release.

Product and project delivery

• Lead Agile sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog prioritisation and delivery tracking in Jira.
• Turn business objectives and customer feedback into product requirement documents, user stories and clear technical specifications.
• Coordinate frontend and backend developers to achieve smooth integration, feature compliance and timely software releases.
• Monitor milestones and technical dependencies and communicate delivery schedules and progress to management.
• Oversee quality assurance and user acceptance testing so releases are ready for production.

Qualifications and technical knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• At least three years in IT project coordination, technical project management or business analysis within software development; the preferred range is3–5 years.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum, product lifecycle management, backlog prioritisation, user-story writing and technical documentation.
• Solid understanding of Python, FastAPI/Django, React/Next.js, RESTful APIs and basic software architecture.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Git, Postman and project-management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.

Work setting and application

• Hybrid, full-time role in Amman, Jordan, at mid-career level. Residence in Jordan is preferred.
