Coordinate onboarding, performance, probation, employee analytics, relations, enquiries and exits while implementing HR policies.

Requirements

• HR/Business Management degree or equivalent.
• Minimum three to four years in HR operations/generalist work.
• HR practices, employment law and HRIS knowledge.
• Strategic thinking, problem solving and stakeholder management.
• Fluent written/spoken Arabic; PHR or CIPD Level 3 certification preferred.
