Role
- Join the Infrastructure Advisory team in Amman to deliver financial and transaction advice to public and private clients. Work with senior colleagues and multidisciplinary advisers, exercising autonomy appropriate to your experience.
- Support project-finance and public-private partnership transactions through financial analysis, feasibility work and market research; map sectors and scan opportunities to develop the business pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Contribute financial analysis, feasibility studies and risk assessments for project-finance and PPP transactions.
- Develop and review financial models and assist with transaction structuring and documentation as needed.
- Prepare and review client reports, presentations and deliverables to a high standard.
- Research markets, analyse sectors and benchmark findings for advisory projects and business development.
- Help identify opportunities, develop the pipeline, and prepare proposals and pitch materials.
- Coordinate with legal, technical and tax advisers and other teams to provide integrated advice.
- Share knowledge and improve analytical tools and methods.
Qualifications and experience
- A relevant bachelor’s degree; an MBA or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
- Three to seven years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, project finance, infrastructure advisory or PPP-related work.
- Strong financial, analytical, quantitative and research abilities, including experience with complex datasets and models.
- Clear communication with colleagues and clients, supported by high-quality writing and presentations.
- Fluent English and effective teamwork in a fast-moving professional advisory environment.
