Role and locations

• Join EY as a Senior Associate in experienced-hire recruitment for Consulting. Act as an independent recruitment partner to business leaders, define sourcing approaches and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• The vacancy page lists Amman; its title also includes Cairo. The position supports Consulting recruitment across the Middle East and North Africa.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment from initial requirements through appointment for your assigned business areas.
• Advise hiring managers on talent availability, compensation trends and candidate expectations, and build trusted relationships with leaders.
• Develop targeted recruitment plans and innovative sourcing pipelines for both generalist and specialist roles.
• Engage stakeholders in recruitment decisions that support diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Use market intelligence, recruitment data and channel analysis to refine sourcing and selection.
• Use EY’s AI-enabled automation tools to improve screening, shortlisting accuracy and data-informed decisions.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, professional networks and talent communities; develop referrals, talent pools and proactive pipelines.
• Lead candidate discussions and negotiations and bring offers to successful closure.
• Improve recruitment processes, tools and frameworks, and coach less experienced colleagues.

Required experience and skills

• Around three or more years of recruitment experience; professional services experience is preferred.
• Experience sourcing and hiring professionals up to Director level through internal networks, direct approaches and referrals.
• Strong stakeholder relationships, communication, recruitment planning and data analysis.
• Ability to coach junior colleagues, solve problems and improve processes through practical innovation.
