Application administration and business support

  • Configure and maintain finance and SCM modules around business needs. Financials includes General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Cash Management, Lease Accounting and Fixed Assets; SCM includes Procurement, Self-Service Procurement, Inventory, Receiving and Order Management.
  • Provide end-to-end support for record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, inventory, receiving and associated approvals.
  • Translate requirements into solution designs, configurations, reports, integrations, test cases, deployment plans and support documentation.
  • Maintain enterprise structures, ledgers, business units, reference data, flexfields, value sets, lookups, approval rules and accounting configurations.

Analysis, reporting and data

  • Investigate technical issues through SQL, application diagnostics, audit data, interface logs, ESS outputs and Oracle support resources.
  • Create and maintain BI Publisher reports, data models and templates, OTBI analyses, dashboards, extracts and scheduled outputs.
  • Support loading and migration with FBDI, ADFdi, spreadsheets, APIs and approved Oracle methods; reconcile results and resolve validation and interface errors.

Security, integration and document management

  • Manage application security, job and duty roles, privileges, data roles and access, and segregation-of-duties controls with information security and business owners.
  • Participate in OIC integrations, from requirements and connections through mappings, orchestration, schedules, monitoring, error handling, testing, deployment and documentation.
  • Support integrations between Fusion and banking, finance, procurement, inventory, document-management and other enterprise systems.
  • Administer document capture/import, classification, indexing, archiving, retrieval, workflows, permissions, integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting and vendor coordination in the document-management system.

Testing, service and improvement

  • Plan and run regression tests for quarterly Oracle updates, features, fixes, configuration changes and integrations before production deployment.
  • Handle incidents, service and change requests, analyze root causes, retain evidence, communicate progress and meet service levels.
  • Maintain functional and technical documentation, configuration records, integration specifications, test evidence, procedures and knowledge articles.
  • Coordinate Oracle and vendor service requests, validate proposed fixes and ensure controlled implementation.
  • Identify improvements in processes, automation, reporting, data quality, security and user experience; guide users, transfer knowledge to team members and carry out related manager-assigned duties.

Qualifications and experience

  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, IT, management information systems, accounting information systems or a related field.
  • Two to five years in enterprise applications, with hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or Finance exposure combining functional support, configuration, reporting, integration, testing and technical troubleshooting.

Required skills and tools

  • Functional understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, receiving, orders, cash and fixed-asset processes; ability to configure setups, approvals, reference data, flexfields, scheduled processes and application security.
  • Incident and root-cause analysis, data validation and coordinated fixes; working knowledge of SQL, BI Publisher, OTBI, scheduled reports and Excel.
  • Exposure to Fusion REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, ADFdi, spreadsheet loaders, file-based exchange and interface errors; understanding of roles, privileges, data access, audit, segregation of duties and change management.
  • Clear documentation, communication, stakeholder management and problem solving; willingness to learn and work directly with OIC and document management.

Preferred tools
