Senior Expeditor – UCC Jordan

Responsibilities

• Expedite purchase orders and supplier deliverables and coordinate procurement, logistics and project management to meet schedules.
• Track vendor performance, delivery dates and issues and agree corrective action before delays affect the project.
• Check requisitions, orders and shipping documentation for accuracy/compliance and confirm technical specifications and delivery dates with engineering and construction.
• Maintain detailed material/delivery reports, coordinate transport to site, resolve shipment discrepancies and coach junior expediting colleagues.
• Support HSE initiatives, awareness and incident reporting/resolution in line with company and integrated-management policies.

Requirements

• At least five years of work experience, including three relevant years; two years in the GCC is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree and a supply-chain/logistics or related professional qualification as stated in the advertisement.
• Strong oil-and-gas EPC expediting, contractual terms, procurement/supply-chain tools and ERP knowledge, including SAP.
• Communication, negotiation, internal/supplier relationship skills, materials/logistics/vendor management, supply-chain improvement, adaptability and AI fluency. No salary or deadline is stated.
