Sales Agent - Opener

WUDUH seeks a Sales Agent in Amman for onsite night shifts, requiring C1 English and Jordanian nationality or a Jordanian mother.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects, explain services and products and build rapport through active listening.
• Understand pricing, benefits, industry trends and competitors, handling objections and rejection with relevant solutions.
• Provide accurate, transparent information and comply with privacy, legal and ethical sales requirements.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals, enter accurate records and adjust approaches using performance feedback.
• Work with sales managers and colleagues, participate in coaching and training and develop ideas addressing customer concerns.

Requirements

• Jordanian nationality or being a child of a Jordanian mother; C1 English is mandatory.
• A relevant bachelor’s degree and two to three years in a high-volume call centre are preferred.
• Spanish is a plus, as is familiarity with CRM, VoIP and opener tools.
• Basic data entry, persuasion, adaptability and resilience while maintaining quality and targets.
