Leaders International seeks an Amman-based Project Manager on a twelve-month, full-time contract of 40 hours per week, starting 1 November 2026 and reporting to the Projects Manager.
Its development work covers MSMEs, entrepreneurship, digital transformation, livelihoods/employability, green growth and sustainable tourism with government, community and private-sector partners.
Develop and deliver detailed implementation plans, meeting activities, deadlines, targets and results. Track KPIs, budgets and action plans, adjust delivery when needed and supervise partner outputs and all project phases.
Build donor/stakeholder relationships and coordinate partners, community hubs and employers. Prepare monthly, quarterly and final reports to high standards and obtain senior-management review before donor submission.
Coordinate with other Jordan/international projects for synergies in digital skills and employment placement. Provide technical/methodological support for labour-market assessments and lead curriculum and project development.
A relevant bachelor’s degree, preferably business administration, international business, social sciences, humanitarian work or a related area. At least five years in NGOs, including two years of supervision.
Experience delivering national/regional digital-upskilling and youth-economic-empowerment activities and livelihood projects serving vulnerable youth, women (approximately half of the target group) and refugees. Detailed knowledge of business and labour markets across Jordan’s twelve governorates.
Project management, planning and MEAL experience; analysis and problem-solving for risks and operational obstacles; and strong communication, organisation and diplomatic stakeholder management. Good written/spoken Arabic and English are required.
