Programme and reporting
- The multi-year Jordan MSME Evergreen Fund is intended to combine revolving finance with tailored enterprise development, investment-readiness advice, mentoring, post-financing support, digital solutions and market connections through the Siraj network. Repaid funds will support further financing cycles, enterprise growth, employment and financial inclusion.
- Report to the Project Manager and accompany entrepreneurs from assessment and development through financing and post-disbursement business improvement.

- Segment enterprises under the programme criteria for Micro Enterprise, Missing Middle, and Development & Innovation businesses.
- Prepare tailored development plans and deliver or coordinate support on business planning, finance and cash flow, costing, pricing, marketing, digitalisation, growth and market expansion.
- Provide advanced advice for growth-oriented firms; refine business and investment plans and establish realistic funding needs from projected cash flows.
- Assess investment readiness and provide technical recommendations to financing appraisal and selection, working with credit administration and finance colleagues.
- Integrate environmental and social risk requirements, decent work, occupational safety, resource efficiency and responsible business practices.
- Provide structured mentoring after disbursement to improve use of funds, performance, financial management and repayment; identify at-risk firms early and coordinate improvement or recovery plans.
- Connect enterprises to suppliers, buyers, associations, value chains, digital platforms and market opportunities, including Siraj Market.
- Record progress, assistance, constraints and performance in programme systems; use enterprise intelligence to improve learning, financial products and market-system interventions.
