Passenger Services Agent - Talent Pool

Join Royal Jordanian’s passenger-services talent pool in Amman for check-in, boarding, baggage handling and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete passenger check-in within time limits, keep counters operational and display safety/security procedures.
• Follow boarding arrangements for Crown Class and special-needs passengers and announce flight information promptly.
• Handle baggage check-in and transfers and record and process lost, delayed or damaged baggage claims under airline agreements.
• Keep tags, forms and documents available, assist passengers during delays and maintain customer satisfaction.

Requirements and recruitment scope

• English and computer proficiency, quality/security awareness, communication, customer service, time management and resilience under pressure.
• Preferred candidates are Jordanian nationals with a bachelor’s/higher diploma in tourism management or related and zero to five years of experience.
• An entry-level contractor talent-pool advertisement in Amman, rather than a guarantee of immediate appointment. Salary is unstated; apply through Bayt.
