Bring Avertra’s products and culture to life through video and motion. Create clear visual stories for demonstrations, campaigns, events and internal communication.
Responsibilities
- Develop concepts and storyboards, arrange filming and edit interviews, events, office/culture footage, product demonstrations, walkthroughs, explainers and short social videos.
- Create brand-consistent animation, motion graphics and transitions that explain complex products and help develop the company’s motion identity.
- Use and evaluate AI for editing, animation, sound, scripts and visual experiments, improving speed and creative output without replacing judgement.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, product and subject experts; turn strategy into visual stories and deliver multiple formats on schedule.
- Maintain organized reusable motion/video assets, consistent tone and quality, and contribute fresh production ideas.
Required and preferred qualifications
- 3–5 years in multimedia or motion design and a relevant visual communication, cinema/video, animation or motion-design degree, or equivalent certification/experience.
- After Effects and Premiere Pro, motion/text animation, filming, lighting, sound, color grading, basic audio mixing, camera operation and studio setup.
- Photography or live-event coverage, storytelling and audience engagement, strong pacing/composition, detail, creativity and comfort spanning filming through animation.
- Collaboration, adaptability, time management and curiosity about new tools; voice-over experience and graphic-design skills are preferred.
Schedule and travel
- Sunday–Thursday in Jordan’s time zone, with flexibility for international collaboration.
