Junior Human Resources Officer

Support HR in Amman across recruitment, training, performance, payroll and records, with one to two years of experience and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR director and employees in recruitment, training, performance, payroll, leave, health insurance and record keeping.
• Prepare job descriptions and adverts and coordinate hiring, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Help plan immediate and long-term staffing requirements and administer payroll and benefits.
• Maintain accurate physical and digital employee records under policy and legal requirements and prepare management reports.

Requirements

• An HR, Business Administration or related degree and one to two years as an HR officer.
• Fluent English is mandatory; an HR certificate is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and time management, attention to detail and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
