Lead Experience Associate – Fluent English

About the role

Join Insaan Global’s Amman customer-operations team supporting US financial-resolution businesses. You will speak with customers in English, help them understand information and guide them through their next steps. No previous experience is required, and full paid training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls with US customers each shift, listen carefully, answer questions and explain information clearly.
• Guide customers to the appropriate next step and record their details accurately in the company system.
• Meet daily performance targets and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong spoken English at C1 or C2 level, a natural American accent and a clear, confident telephone manner.
• Read and understand information quickly and explain it during a conversation.
• Availability for US working hours. Previous experience is not required.
• Willingness to learn and act on feedback, dependable attendance and ownership of results.

Work location and schedule

This is a full-time, on-site role at the company’s office on Abdullah Ghosheh Street near the 7th Circle in Amman. Shifts run from evening into the morning to align with US customer hours.
