Support hotel IT users, maintain computer and telephone systems, monitor hardware/security, manage inventory and record access authorizations.

Requirements

IT degree and previous experience in the same role, with practical equipment operation and maintenance knowledge. Good English, troubleshooting and fault resolution. Flexible, organized and able to support users under pressure.
