Job description
Process hotel bookings, maintain accurate reservation and room records, respond to guest enquiries and promote suitable room offers.
Requirements
Hospitality diploma/degree and previous hotel reservations experience. Computer literacy and strong written/spoken English are required; additional languages are an advantage. Customer focus and clear communication.
