Food and Beverage Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily food-and-beverage service and coordinate team assignments for smooth outlet operations.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs and resolve requests and concerns promptly; brief and coach colleagues on service standards, menus and guest engagement.
• Coordinate accurate, timely service with the Kitchen and other departments, and maintain outlet cleanliness, presentation and food-safety compliance.
• Support stock control, accurate billing and responsible supply use, and encourage appropriate recommendations and upselling to enhance guest experiences.

Requirements

• At least two to three years of hotel food-and-beverage experience, including supervisory or team-lead responsibility.
• Strong leadership, communication and organization, with knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards and food safety.
• Confidence handling guest concerns and supporting colleagues during busy periods, plus familiarity with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
• A good command of English, flexibility for shifts, weekends and public holidays, and a commitment to hospitality, teamwork and guest satisfaction.
