Human Resources Officer

Support HR administration in Amman across recruitment, records, performance, leave and payroll, with one to three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR administration with accurate data entry, compliance and current files, records and documentation.
• Maintain corporate and field-management performance-review cycles and produce system and spreadsheet reports.
• Coordinate recruitment from vacancy posting to screening and shortlisting.
• Process leave and medical, personal, bank and insurance documents and support payroll, benefits, wage verification and employee queries.
• Complete administrative duties and additional HR projects as required.

Requirements

• An HR Management, Business Administration or related degree and one to three years of experience.
• Fluent Arabic and English, Office proficiency and hands-on HRIS experience; ZEN HRIS is a strong advantage.
• Confidentiality and excellent written and verbal communication.
