Presentation & Proposal Design Specialist - Clients & Industries (C&I) - Jordan

Design client presentations and proposals for EY. Two to five years of relevant experience, Adobe Creative Suite and executive-level PowerPoint skills required.

Role and base location

• Join the Clients and Industries team within Markets Enablement to support high-value strategic pursuits across the Middle East and North Africa through compelling proposals, presentations and client collateral.

Responsibilities

• Design branded proposals, executive summaries, PowerPoint presentations and other client materials.
• Develop graphics, infographics, charts, illustrations and page layouts that make complex information accessible.
• Connect visual concepts to client priorities, industry context and the themes that differentiate a commercial proposal.
• Join pursuit kick-offs, strategy discussions, reviews and oral-presentation workshops, and present design concepts to the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with proposal teams, deal teams and subject specialists to produce integrated, consistent content.
• Use visual storytelling to reinforce key messages and explore new formats and interactive approaches.
• Produce proposals, presentations, digital assets, videos and interactive materials while following EY’s global visual-identity standards.
• Build relationships across service lines, sectors, Knowledge, Brand, Marketing and Communications, and Business Development.
• Use client feedback and lessons from successful and unsuccessful pursuits to improve designs.
• Develop reusable templates and best practices, coach colleagues and share knowledge.

Required qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, marketing, communications, multimedia or a related subject, or equivalent professional experience.
• Two to five years in graphic or proposal design, communications, marketing, business development or a related field.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat Pro, and advanced PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel, plus experience designing bids, proposals and commercial presentations.
• Strong visual storytelling, layout, typography, colour and brand-application skills.
• Ability to turn complex ideas into clear designs, manage several projects under tight deadlines, communicate persuasively and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, creativity, practical problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Preferred experience

• Professional services, consulting or a multinational environment, including support for client pursuits in MENA markets.
• Experience with emerging digital design tools, video, animation, interactive formats and AI-enabled design.
