Microsoft Power Platform Developer – Consultant / Senior Consultant

Develop Microsoft Power Platform solutions in EY’s Jordan Resources Hub in Amman. Three to five years of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development experience.

Solution development

• Design and maintain Model-Driven and Canvas Apps; build and optimise Power Automate cloud and desktop flows; develop Power Pages portals and customer-facing applications.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, security roles and business process flows, applying sound data modelling and performance practices.
• Implement server-side logic using C# plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Workflow Activities and the Dataverse SDK; develop JavaScript form scripts, command bar customisations, responsive enhancements and validation.
• Integrate solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and enterprise platforms; build interactive Power BI dashboards, reports and analytics.
• Apply enterprise security, governance, compliance and role-based access. Package and deploy solutions using appropriate environment strategies, Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
• Resolve complex application, integration, portal and performance issues; conduct code reviews; analyse requirements with stakeholders, consultants and architects.
• Prepare technical designs, deployment documentation and knowledge-transfer materials. Keep current with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Agents, Azure AI and related Microsoft technologies.

Required technical background

• Three to five years of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 development experience at Consultant or Senior Consultant level, including enterprise digital transformation and secure, scalable, high-performance applications.
• Practical expertise in Power Apps, Power Pages customisation, authentication and portal security, Power Automate approval workflows and advanced integrations, Dataverse and Power BI.
• Advanced C# plugin, Custom API, workflow and SDK development; JavaScript and TypeScript, form scripting and client-side customisation.
• REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, service integration, and development involving Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Storage and Microsoft Graph.
• HTML, CSS, Liquid templates, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks and responsive design, plus Power Platform licensing, capacity management, governance and security.
• Managed and unmanaged solution handling, environment strategies, DevOps, CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps automated deployment; enterprise architecture, integration patterns and cloud delivery.
• Agile or Scrum delivery, strong problem solving, stakeholder communication, documentation and collaboration; the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions and manage competing priorities.

Preferred credentials and experience

• Microsoft certifications PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, PL-100 or AZ-204.
• Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Agents, Azure OpenAI, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM or enterprise integration platforms.
