Job description

Deliver Oracle ERP solutions with EY in Amman. Four to ten years of Oracle development experience and two to three Fusion implementations required.

Role and eligibility

  • Join EY MENA’s Technology Consulting team as an Oracle Technical Consultant at Senior Consultant to Assistant Manager level, supporting large-scale regional transformation programmes.
  • EY’s Oracle practice covers enterprise integration, business intelligence, governance, risk and compliance, and applications including eBusiness Suite, Fusion, Siebel, PeopleSoft, Primavera and Hyperion.
  • The team supports ERP selection, requests for proposals, vendor selection, programme management, implementation, process mapping, pre- and post-implementation reviews and ongoing support across finance, HR, projects, supply chain, CRM and corporate performance.
  • The role is available in Jordan for Jordanian nationals, Egypt for Egyptian nationals and Pakistan for Pakistani nationals. This vacancy advertises the Amman option.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical ERP support and resolve user issues.
  • Develop custom forms, modules and reports; configure and implement standard and custom modules in line with architecture and coding standards.
  • Work with users on development, testing and deployment, and with functional consultants to assess requirements and feasibility.
  • Design, build and test Oracle Integration Cloud integrations and prepare technical designs and specifications.
  • Contribute integration approaches using FBDI, APIs, messaging and files, and develop inbound and outbound integrations for Oracle Fusion.
  • Extend and customize Fusion applications with Composer tools and develop reports using BI Publisher and OTBI.
  • Improve system performance, scalability and reliability.

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field.
  • Four to ten years of Oracle ERP development experience, including at least two to three Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
  • Strong PL/SQL, BI Publisher, ADF and OAF expertise, with hands-on Oracle Integration Cloud experience.
  • Knowledge of RICE/RICEW components, including reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions.
  • Experience with FBDI, HDL and ADFDI data-migration tools, and familiarity with XML, JSON, XSLT and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • APEX, DevOps or automation experience is an advantage.
