D&T Senior Analyst – DevOps Release Management

About the role

Responsibilities

Build CI/CD pipelines and automate build, testing, deployment and repetitive work. Manage cloud/on-premises infrastructure for scalability, security and cost, maintaining consistent configuration across environments.

Plan and coordinate releases, improve availability and performance, respond to production incidents and conduct prevention-focused reviews. Use customer feedback to improve delivery and operations.

Strengthen collaboration across development, product and other teams through communication, training and standards. Contribute to roadmaps, optimise cloud costs, balance operational/project resources and support budgets for infrastructure, tools and the team.

Qualifications and skills

A computing or engineering bachelor’s degree and at least three years in DevOps/release management, including automation, deployment and remote collaboration.

Experience with Linux, Windows, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub and AWS CodeDeploy, plus development tools including Python, shell scripting and Git. Knowledge of distributed systems such as Elasticsearch/Cassandra and monitoring configuration/automation such as Elastic APM/DebugDiag is required.
