Content Moderator Advisor (Bilingual: Spanish/English) - Amman

Concentrix seeks a Spanish-speaking Content Moderator in Amman with B1 English. Full-time office work with rotating shifts. Apply through the employer.

Responsibilities

• Review online content against relevant policies and procedures, ensure correct categorisation and identify prohibited material.
• Review accounts flagged for potentially sensitive content and check for policy violations.
• Examine images, videos, accounts and text under policies and regulatory requirements, including daily exposure to highly sensitive and explicit content.
• Escalate client-policy violations through internal tools when necessary and maintain quality in every case.
• Meet monthly KPIs, including productivity, within the daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Zero to two years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or a call centre.
• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.
• B1 English and fluent written and spoken Spanish.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge and familiarity with customer-service platforms and tools.
