Technical Support Manager - Beverage Lines

Manage beverage-line technical support from Amman across installation, commissioning, tenders, resources and team development, with seven years.

Responsibilities

• Support technical management in tender and project-contract review, audit weekly reports and prepare site reporting.
• Ensure installation and commissioning teams follow client and company procedures and monitor progress, quality, plans and prompt technical resolution.
• Inspect sites, audit procedures, investigate incidents and complaints, prevent recurrence and maintain progress and budget records.
• Plan work phases, expertise and engineer/technician availability, development and reallocation as projects progress.
• Coordinate client needs and debriefs, maintain training and development budgets, create technical assessments and support hiring and induction.

Requirements and application

• A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background and at least seven years in beverages, including line installation.
• Candidates must currently hold an assistant-manager, supervisor or manager position.
