RAN Customer Complaints (Part-Time)

Perform RF drive tests and analyse complaints and RAN performance. Visit customers, audit sites and recommend coverage/quality improvements, follow regulatory cases and service commitments, and coordinate with customer care, sales and engineering.

Requirements

Bachelor's in electrical engineering, communications engineering or a related field. Zero to two years of relevant experience is preferred.
