Energy Engineer – Electrical Stream

Design and simulate PV systems in PVsyst; prepare SLDs, layouts, specifications and BOQs. Follow local grid codes and IEC/NEC standards, conduct ASHRAE Level 2/ISO 50002 energy audits, use field instruments, analyse savings and capital/operating costs, and assess distribution boards, cabling, earthing, lightning protection and power quality.

Requirements

Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, renewable-energy electrical stream or Power Engineering from an accredited university. Active Jordan Engineers Association registration in the Electrical Engineering Division is mandatory. Title asks for a minimum three years; body describes 2–3+ years in solar PV design, electrical assessments and energy audits. Advanced PVsyst, working AutoCAD and electrical spreadsheets; Jordan tariff and net-metering/net-billing knowledge. Fluent Arabic/English and technical-report writing. Valid Jordanian driving licence and willingness to visit sites throughout Jordan.
