Responsibilities
- Welcome spa guests, handle arrival/departure professionally and provide facility orientation.
- Match bookings to guest needs, suggest multiple treatments/upgrades and tell spa leaders about additions, changes and cancellations.
- Process daily transactions/adjustments, take responsibility for and balance the cash drawer at shift end and follow safety rules, checklists and assignments.
