Responsibilities
- Welcome guests, review arrival lists/records and attend to special guests.
- Answer enquiries promptly, assist welcome-folder preparation, explain hotel areas, promote services and anticipate needs to maintain satisfaction throughout stays.
Qualifications and working requirements
- Strong customer-service focus; hotel front-office experience is preferred. Excellent communication and fluent English.
- Microsoft Office skills and availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.
