Guest Relations Supervisor at Mövenpick Dead Sea Jordan, Dead Sea, Jordan.

Responsibilities
- Represent company values and conduct hotel tours/site inspections and special VIP room deliveries.
- Escort arrivals to rooms/suites and visitors to destinations; inspect VIP rooms before arrival for correct allocation, amenities and special requests.
- Promote hotel/inter-hotel services, record and follow up complaints/feedback and ensure loyalty benefits and recognition for repeat/VIP guests.
Qualifications and working requirements
- Two to four years of relevant experience and strong written and spoken English are required.
- Build positive guest, colleague and management relationships; cooperate in a multicultural team and remain calm, courteous and guest-focused.
