Job description
Support IT sales in Amman through CRM records, reports, market research, events and order tracking, with one to two years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Keep business-development and sales presentations current and maintain lead, prospect and customer CRM records and reports.
- Research markets, benchmarks and opportunities and remain knowledgeable about company services.
- Organise sales events and newsletters and initiate prospect contact to assess interest.
- Work with sales staff to track active purchase orders and timely completion.
Requirements
- A Computer Science, Business Administration or related degree and one to two years in sales support, preferably IT services or solutions.
- Zoho CRM or similar tools, strong Office skills and fluent English.
- Excellent communication, prioritisation and deadline delivery in a fast-paced environment.
